Shipments are free for orders over 60€ and take between 24-48 hours (express) and up to 4-5 days (standard).
In case the order is less, shipping costs will be charged. The transport company will send an email with the tracking number at the time the purchase is processed.
All orders are processed on the same day / day after the purchase date. If you place your order on a Saturday, the shipment will leave our stores early Monday.
What should I do if the product has manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery?
Inform the courier company after receiving the product.
Let us know by email (email@example.com) the same day you receive the product. It is essential that we communicate within the next 24 hours.
Send a photo as soon as possible with the imperfection of the product (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Once we receive the photo, we send our messengers to collect the goods. The product must be in the same condition it was sent, again, keeping packaging, unused.
We ship the product without additional cost, as long as we indicate the day of delivery, otherwise we are not responsible.
What do I do if I do not like the product?
According to the law, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase of the product does not meet your expectations.
We strive to provide the highest quality designs. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return with a period of 14 days from receipt of the product (by country). We must receive the product in good condition, without being used and with original package explaining the reason for return to email@example.com

For reasons of hygiene, no changes or returns of underwear and socks are allowed.
How we proceed with the refund?
We strive to proceed the refund as soon as possible. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund in the next 5-10 business days. We will notify you via email once the product return and refund has been made.
